great value, newly renovated bathroom, spacious and comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff. Also, the hotel is located in a peaceful and safe area, just a few minutes walk from the city center.

The hotel exceeded our expectations with its lovely ambiance and fantastic pool. We were fortunate to have a room on the second floor overlooking the pool, where we could enjoy watching bats swoop down for a drink at dusk. The bed was big and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The large pool and garden area were perfect for relaxing after a hot day of exploring. Despite being slightly outside the main center, the location offered a peaceful retreat while still being only a short walk away from the main square. The friendly staff, although minimal English was spoken, made us feel welcome throughout our stay. we had a delightful experience at Hotel Tuul and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Izamal.

Good-sized room, helpful staff, and a convenient location for exploring the area. the pool looked lovely, and we had no problems with the free Wi-Fi. It was good to have a fridge and a kettle in the room. the bed was pretty comfortable, and the room had enough storage space.

Noisy air conditioning, too few toiletries, and outdated furniture and decor. the bathroom was tiny, with a very low showerhead, and the towels were thin and rough.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist me during my stay. The room was clean and tidy, with fresh linens and towels provided daily. The location was great, near the main attractions and within easy walking distance of the city center. the hotel had a relaxing atmosphere, making it easy for me to unwind after a long day of work.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay which left me feeling disappointed. there was no coffee available in the morning, which made it difficult for me to start my day without a caffeine boost.

Looking for a great place to stay near the city center? This hotel is a good option for backpackers. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable with good aircon and great showers in newly renovated bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. The property is very quiet and safe with a lovely pool. Coffee and cold drinks can be purchased, and the breakfast has a good variety at a reasonable cost. If you're looking for perfection, the restaurant next door isn't always open for breakfast.
